General Manager
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our new indoor pickleball facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports facility management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of facility operations
- Staff hiring, training, and supervision
- Member relations and retention
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Program development and implementation
- Marketing and community outreach
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sports facility management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with membership-based businesses
- Financial management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
- Pickleball experience is a plus
Assistant Manager
We're seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support our facility operations. This role will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent member service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily facility operations
- Assist with staff scheduling and supervision
- Member service and problem resolution
- Program coordination and implementation
- Facility maintenance oversight
- Support marketing and social media efforts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sports facility or retail management
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with scheduling and staff coordination
- Proficiency with computer systems and social media
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Pickleball experience is preferred
